I would like to ask you – how is your Vitiligo doing? I’ve read your article on how you managed to regain pigmentation and I was wondering how it is now!
While the spots on my forehead are completely gone, I have gained a few on my neck due to stress (see my September blog post http://legallyvegan.com/a-year-of-changes-and-a-new-blog/). I’ve been meditating a lot to keep it under control though, and it hasn’t been spreading past that. Hope that helps!

That’s good to hear, do you still take any supplements or are you just following a healthy diet?
I still take supplements! I’ve recently begun using Polyflora O instead of metagenics and am finding it makes a big difference. Other than that, using all the same ones as before.

I try to keep my diet as vegan as possible for ethical reasons, but I’ve found that I now do better with organic local eggs and the occasional fish (maybe once a month).
